- All bookings are to be held with a $50.00 deposit per room.
- Cancellation of booking 14 days of arrival date, deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation of booking 7 days of arrival date, first nights accommodation or 50% of full accommodation costs will be forfeited.
- Cancellation 48 hours of arrival date or a "NO SHOW", full amounts of accommodation costs forfeited.
- No refund of pre-paid breakfast.
- With group bookings if one room cancels, deposit cannot be used for other rooms.
- No refund due to the weather.
- If less people arrive than booked,no reduction on room rate.
- A 10% charge will apply to all cancellations
